  • HISTORY - In 2000, a  good friend of mine from the car business asked me if I wanted to go into the boat business? I didn't know much about the marine industry, but I knew a lot about the auto industry. We opened a Bayliner store in St . Petersburg, Fl. and become  their #1  dealer in the USA within 2 years and never looked back. We took the same business principles and deciplines we had perfected from the auto industry and plugged them into the boat industry.


  • EXPERIENCE - My 40+ years of successful retail management experience and unique skill sets qualify me to help identify  "problem areas" and "room for gain" profit centers in your dealership. I then train and  implement  proven processes to provide  solutions and improvements.


  • I am one of the few people who has sat in every "chair" of  a successful dealership. (Salesman, Sales Trainer,  Sales Manager, GSM, GM, F&I Manager, F&I Trainer,  F&I Director) . I understand what it takes to make a "boat deal "and a "boat dealership " flow smoothly and maximize profit in all areas.
